Enabling Taptouch Pay
Enable Taptouch Pay as a payment method and set the fee rate for customers using Taptouch Pay to pay orders.

If you wish to support customers using Taptouch Pay for online payments, please reach out to your sales manager to subscribe to this feature.
To enable Taptouch Pay, follow these steps:
Log in to the Taptouch backendopen in new window using Chrome on your computer.
Navigate to Setting > Store Setting > Payments from the left-hand sidebar.
Click on New to add a payment method. Choose Terminal as Online for online payments and select Taptouch Pay as the payment method.
If you want to pass on the payment cost to the customer, enable Surcharge To Customer and set the fee rate.
After configuring, click Save.
Connect your account in the pop-up window:
If you have already applied for and activated Taptouch EFTPOS payment, the system will automatically match your account. It is recommended to directly select the company with Taptouch EFTPOS payment in the Company Name dropdown menu to save time on reapplication and approval. Click Connect and wait for the account connection to be completed.
If you haven’t previously signed up for Taptouch EFTPOS payment, you will need to apply for and register an account. After submitting your application, please patiently wait for 2-3 weeks for the approval process to be completed.
Once the account is connected, your store can now accept online payments using Taptouch Pay.
